My friends and I visited Kerala for 7days and had our tour booked through Iris Holidays. Mr Arun Dev was our trip planner. He was very prompt in replying to our emails and accommodating to our requests. He kept in touch with us regularly to find out how our trip was going.
Awesome customer service! We liked all the hotels we stayed at, including the houseboat experience. Our driver, Akash, was a warm and friendly guy. He made our trip fun and interesting.
