Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have a flexible and user first refund and cancellation policy while you book any services with us.

In case of any emergencies , guests have the liberty to cancel their packages booked with Iris holidays and request a refund from us.

We genreally follow the below policy for the cancellation and refund requests . Booking Date is the Date in which your payment has been credited to Iris Holidays Bank Account.

• From payment date till 60 days prior to start date -  90 % of the booking cost will be refunded

• From payment date till 30 days prior to start date  -  80 % of the booking cost will be refunded

• From payment date till 15 days prior to start date  -  Amount Refunded from the hotels will be refunded

• No refund applicable if you are cancelling with in a window 15 days before your start date

• No refund applicable on bookings in peak season (December 1 to January 15)

• No refund applicable on extended holiday ( 3 day) weekends in India and Deepavali holidays every year.

• Refunds not applicable when booking through external platforms and affiliates like TripAdvisor

Refunds are always made through the same mode of payment in which you made the original payment. 

Please note that there may be some variations in the percentage depending on your travel dates and the hotels where you have been booked. However we will try to refund you as much package cost as possible.
