Kovalam was discovered by the European guests of the then Travancore kingdom in the 1930s as an ideal beach destination for relaxation and is still among the best beaches in Kerala. Kovalam is about 16km from Trivandrum and is one of the best beaches in Kerala. This beach town holds a complete world within itself. Well, that’s why it’s one of the most beautiful and crowded towns in God’s own country. Being one of the oldest tourist enclaves in India, Kovalam never fails to enchant its tourists. From beautiful coconut palms to enchanting beaches, Kovalam has a lot to offer. Along with adventure and fun, this beautiful place offers authentic Kerala massages and much more.

Weekend Kovalam Package (2 Nights)- Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Trivandrum/ Transfer to the resort in Kovalam
When you reach Thiruvananthapuram, one of our representatives will be there to welcome you. The same person will then escort you to our Kovalam resort. There you can enjoy a steam bathe for free and rejuvenate yourself from the travel stress. You can enjoy the day at Kovalam beach or just relax in the swimming pool. After enjoying the day, you can take an overnight rest in the resort.

Day 2
Trivandrum Sightseeing
The next morning, you can enjoy the fresh breeze along with delicious breakfast at the resort. Then we will proceed to a day full of exploring Kovalam & Trivandrum.
Talking of the religious icons of the city, the temple of Anantha, The Attukal Bhagavathy Temple, Karikkakom Sree Chamundi Devi Temple and the Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple are on the top of the list.
Other magnificent places include Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, Shanghumugham Beach, Akkulam Lake, Vellayani Lake, Shanghumukham Beach, Veli Tourist Village and Agastya Mala Peak.
After spending a day full of sightseeing, we’ll be taking an overnight rest in the resort.

Day 3
Departure
Experience last morning of your trip with appetizing breakfast and morning hues. Then we will drop you back to Trivandrum for the flight back to your home.

The total distance from Trivandrum airport to Kovalam is 13 kilometers and the road passes through .The road conditions can be crowded though on occasion with pedestrians, cattle and local traffic! The activities on this trip are geared for children 12 years old and up.

We specialise in Customised holiday packages in Kerala and we will be able to offer you any resort in Kerala as we have direct relationshops with most resorts. If you want to change the resorts in this package, one of our trip designers will work with you till you are happy with the package. Our Trip Designers will be also able to tell you the highlights of each resort and you can decide on whether you woud like to book the same resort

I want to book a taxi for this holiday. Do you offer only taxi services only ?

When you book a holiday with hotels and taxi together with us we will be able to offer you much lower rates than what you will get directly. As we use carefully handicked drivers who can offer the quality that we ideally want, we dont offer taxi only booking services.
